Yoga is your genuine ally to nourish your body with vitality and energy, your partner for enduring health and wellbeing. Wellbeing is the key for everything. Wellbeing is the key for overcoming the erruptions of anxiety and depression evoked by the pandemy holding the world in tight grip since more than two years already.
THE SECRET OF HAPPINESS & YOGA
When we practice yoga we give ourselves permission to be playful, unrestricted and free- just as we were when we were a child. Yoga is all about the practice of finding what feels good for you and only you and moving in ways that make you feel the best.
Yoga connects movement and meditation. When we bring our mind, body and soul all together, through asanas, through dhyana and through pranayama (breath). All of this together helps bring us into the present moment so we can experience happiness, achievement, peace, and connection to self, all together.
How YOGA increases HAPPINESS
Are you a happy person? Most people would answer that they feel happy sometimes, for example when they enjoyed a nice day with their partner, family or friends, when they enjoyed some delicious food, or, perhaps a good movie. While all these things can make us feel happy, they are still triggers from outside. Now what about triggers from inside? The real happiness, wise people say, comes from the inside, from the focus an individual sets, from the ate of mind, from the well-being. However, there is something more to it. Happiness feelings are interconnected with the body’s own ability to produce “happy hormones” like dopamine, serotonin and others. These act like neurotransmitters stimulating the happy feelings.
